Emma Watson just penned an amazing tribute to Sheryl Sandberg on Instagram

Sheryl Sandberg gave a heartfelt and incredibly moving Berkeley commencement speech. It was her first time speaking publicly about the death of her husband Dave Goldberg, and her words were beautiful.

“I’m sharing this with you today in the hopes that on this day in your lives, with all the momentum and joy, you can learn in life the lessons that I only learned in death,” she told the spring 2016 graduating class. “Lessons about hope, about strength and about the light within us that will not be extinguished.”

“It’s the hard days — the days that challenge you to your very core — that determine who you are,” she continued. “You will be defined not just by what you achieve, but how you survive.”

Emma Watson was especially inspired by her words and showed her gratitude on Instagram — not just for the speech, but for everything she does. And her words were just as beautiful as Sandberg’s.

“@sherylsandberg – Your vulnerability inspires me,” Watson wrote. “Your work, the way you share yourself, this speech.. the way you mentor other woman and build them up (me included) and make them see what is possible inspires me. Thank you for all that you are and all that you do and for including me in this incredible line up of women. #Leanintogether”

Watson joined Sandberg — along with Kerry Washington, Lena Dunham, Megyn Kelly, Eva Longoria, Serena Williams and Abby Wambach — in Sandberg’s new campaign Together Women Can, which supports that “Behind every successful woman is another successful woman.”

In a video made for the campaign, the focus is on how crucial women are to each other’s success in the workplace. Each celebrity names the woman who was crucial to her success by offering support, inspiration or a job — proving that women really do hold the power to encourage other women.
