Emma Stone has two awards on display in her home — and neither is her Oscar
Fancy gold awards can look great on your mantle. And Emma Stone is proud to display two of her awards…but not her Oscar! On her appearance on the Late Night with Seth Meyers, the actress revealed that she keeps two different awards on display. But her Oscar for Best Actress? Well, that’s at her mom’s house. The La La Land actress said that having the Oscar on display weirded her out so much that her mom took it off of her hands.
So what awards are on display at Stone’s house?
"A Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Award — which is an orange blimp that is also a kaleidoscope — and my spelling bee trophy from the fourth grade," she revealed. "I got first place in the spelling bee."
The Kids’ Choice Award is a pretty cool looking award, so it makes sense that Emma would feel more comfortable displaying that one. It definitely seems less intimidating than see an Oscar.
Plus, Emma Stone spelled microfinance to win the spelling prize when she was ten.

That is a pretty impressive word to win a spelling bee with. Especially in the 4th grade. She should be proud of it!
Stone was on the show to talk about her new film, Battle of the Sexes, in which she plays tennis pro Billie Jean King. She got to meet Billie Jean King while filming, which sounds just as cool as winning an Oscar. We hope that the next time Stone wins an Oscar (because she totally will), she’ll add it to her collection of trophies!
