It must officially be summer because the dramatic hair chop is reigning supreme, and all our favorite stars have been taking the plunge. Case in point: Emma Roberts just chopped off her hair, and it’s the shortest we’ve ever seen on her.
Lately, stars have been transforming their hair for shorter ‘dos. From Jenna Dewan’s summer bob to Mila Kunis’s retro-inspired baby bangs and lob. And now Emma has joined the bob hair trend. Celebrity hairstylist, Chris McMillan, did the honors of cutting Emma’s hair, and he coined her hairstyle the “hairline bob.” No one pulls off the ultimate cool-girl hairstyle quite like the Scream Queens star.

Thankfully, Chris walked his Instagram followers through the styling process, in case you want to recreate Emma’s new ‘do. All he did was comb Emma’s hair into shape with mousse before putting her under the hood dryer. She was dry in 15 minutes, and then he quickly ran his hands through her hair to shake it up.
