Emma Roberts paid no attention to typical Coachella style and instead went straight for the Victorian era

As our Monday begins and we’re left replaying all of the exciting things we missed at weekend one of Coachella (festival FOMO, perhaps?), we’re also desperately looking to Instagram to see the latest and greatest looks from our favorite celebs. Of course, we wanted to see what Emma Roberts was wearing and, as expected, her look was radiant.

The actress and Belletrist book babe amazed in a white lace number with lace-up boots — proving that, once again, fashion is more exciting when it’s personal and that “festival style” can be whatever you want it to be. Specifically, Emma was inspired by an era long past, the Victorian era, one that can’t seem to stay away from every runway and festival alike.

Not only does Emma balance out the Sea mini dress with her long, auburn locks, but she pairs the look with some oversized shades for extra drama. The lace dress features a mix of sheer and solid paneling, which helps to add some dimension to the monochrome piece. And since there’s a high ruffled collar, sheer v-neck, and plenty of detail, it pretty much speaks for itself.

We’re also totally loving the futuristic vibe of the ASOS round glasses that Emma accessorized with. It’s pretty unexpected with the dainty dress and we love that the fashion risk paid off. Emma’s natural beauty look also helps to make this outfit grounded and effortless. Paired with a By Far light beige boot, this outfit is Coachella ready without feeling overdone.

So bravo Emma, we can’t wait to see what you wear next.
