Emma Roberts looks like an IRL Jessica Rabbit in her all-red Met Gala dress
When Emma Roberts’ fashionable foot touches down on any red carpet, we pay attention. That’s because Emma has proven her fashion finesse time and time again. If you need a current example, look no further than this year’s Met Gala red carpet.
At the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Emma showed up wearing a Jessica Rabbit-red gown made by Diane von Furstenberg. On its own, the number is absolutely impeccable (after all, it’s made of silk and satin), but Emma took things up a notch with a pink fur stole and a Soirée Bag in pink velvet.
We can’t get enough of those lacy spaghetti straps, which gives her dress dimension.
And if you thought Emma couldn’t look any more like a fantasy, then take a look at her makeup:
A sultry smokey eye, cat-eye eyeliner, and a deep pink lip help make Emma’s dress the star of the show. Would it be too much to say that we think Emma’s lip color is the color of spring? It brings to mind pink peonies basking in the sunlight.
Now, if the Jessica Rabbit character went the way of a live-action film, we think Emma could definitely play the part. After all, she already has the perfect wardrobe for it.
