Emma Roberts and John Stamos cuddle up in the latest “Scream Queens” promo

Scream Queens is BACK! (Well, almost.) The campy horror TV show returns for its second season in a few weeks, and we’re super excited/terrified to pick up where the story left off.

Mini refresher (and major spoiler): In the final episode of Season 1, we found out that Hester (Lea Michele) was unmasked as the Red Devil, and she was in cahoots with Pete (Diego Boneta), Gigi (Nasim Pedrad), and Boone (Nick Jonas). #rude

So yeah, things are about to get really good. And we can’t wait. But to hold us over until the show premieres, Fox released another promo, and now we have a better idea of what to expect.

For starters, the setting is no longer in a sorority house — it’s in an eerie hospital.

Also, John Stamos and Taylor Lautner play hilarious (and hot) doctors on the show.

And in an unexpected (but totally welcome) twist of fate, Chanel (Emma Roberts) and Dr. Brock Holt (Stamos) get cuddly on what looks like a movie date. And OMG – they would be a killer couple (pun INTENDED).

So yeah, we’re pretty excited.
