Emma Roberts looks *nothing* like she does now on her first red carpet

Are you as excited as we are for the Season 2 premiere of Scream Queens on September 20th?! We thought so. To whet your appetite for the big day, we decided to take a look back at one of our favorite cast members (Emma Roberts, obvs) on her first-ever red carpet. And what we found will not disappoint.

While Roberts, who plays Chanel Oberlin on the show, is known for her ultra-glam red carpet looks these days, the outfit she wore to her first big appearance — at the Hollywood premiere of Blow in 2001 — was a little bit different.

Could she be cuter?! At age 10, Roberts was rocking a pretty badass muscle tee/camo pants combo. Not to mention those clogs! It’s totally perfect for a fierce young girl.

If you’ve seen her recently, it might be hard to believe that the little girl you saw above is the same woman as below — but it’s true!

Of course, there’s still a hint of the edgy rocker we saw in 10-year-old Emma in the grownup, 25-year-old version of her — some things never change! We actually love the embellished leather skirt she wore to a Fox press event in August just as much as her 2001 camo pants.
