Emilia Clarke’s new $4.6 million dollar house is GORGEOUS, by the way
Our favorite queen has a brand new castle. Emilia Clarke (AKA Daenerys Targaryen) recently bought a home in Venice, CA for $4.64 million, and it’s stunning. Since Game of Thrones is coming up on its seventh season, we’re pretty sure affording the brand new home wasn’t an issue. She’s the Queen of Dragons, after all.
Even in LA, $4.64 million can get you a really, really gorgeous place to live — and Clarke’s home is no exception.
The two-bedroom, three-bathroom, 2,817 square foot Venice home was built in 2009. If you live in a place that isn’t LA, NYC or San Francisco, the square footage may seem pretty low for over four million dollars — but real estate in Venice is clearly crazy expensive.
The home features an open floor plan with the best natural lighting we’ve ever seen. The architects at Abramson Teiger brought light and a sense of tranquility into every room — and they did it so, so well. The living room’s backdrop is a wall of sliding glass doors, which Clarke will likely be able to keep open all the time — you know, since it’s always sunny and warm in LA. (Also, are those dragons on the rug? OMG.)
There’s so much natural light, it’s honestly hard to tell what’s indoors and what’s outdoors — which makes the space that much more gorgeous.
Just off the BEAUTIFUL kitchen is a floor to ceiling book shelf that rivals Belle’s library in Beauty and the Beast.
The dining room has a breathtaking view of the pool and lush garden (duh, of course there’s a pool).
Seriously, Clarke’s house is like the most relaxing, peaceful resort ever.
Just look at the master bedroom. We could definitely get used to a place like this (even though technically we haven’t been invited over).
And the bathroom! This is almost too much perfection. We’re having some serious #housegoals.
Okay just one more pic… her custom closet! Yes, yes, yes.
