Emilia Clarke shared the most adorable “Game of Thrones” cast photos proving they’re just a bunch of softies IRL
The last time we saw Daenerys on Game of Thrones, she was sailing across the Narrow Sea looking as serious as Lyanna Mormont before the Battle of the Bastards (weelll, maybe not QUITE that serious, but you get it). However, in real life, Emilia Clarke (Daenerys) and her Thrones co-stars Peter Dinklage (Tyrion), Conleth Hill (Varys), and – OMG!!! – Lena Headey (Cersei) look like they’re having a ridiculously fun time off the set of Season 7. And, of course, Emilia had to document their adventures because she’s awesome.

Just a bunch of pals catching a Spanish soccer match (Seville vs. Barcelona)! Also, shout out to the ~very serious~ looking co-showrunner David Benioff in the background, hehe.
And, HULLO it’s Cersei and Dany…together!!
Although Daenerys and Cersei have yet to meet face-to-face on Game of Thrones, clearly Emilia and Lena are good friends IRL. They’re joined by Thrones hair supervisor, Candice Banks.
In fact, the entire cast looks to be having an amazing time in Spain.

Game of Thrones was actually filming scenes for Season 7 just a few miles away from Seville, which is why they were invited as guests of honor to the soccer match with Barcelona. And, TBH, we’re not sure who was more excited to meet who!?
Emilia Clarke and her co-stars are clearly enjoying themselves as they make it through the halfway point of filming Game of Thrones Season 7. However, no word yet on how ~enjoyable~ things will be for the characters next year! Only time will tell…
