Emilia Clarke just posted a photo that has us pumped for “Game of Thrones” Season 7
YAS QUEENS. That is exactly what Emilia Clarke’s latest Instagram post has us saying. The photo shows Clarke getting down with Game of Thrones costar Lena Headey. Although the pic gives us no hints about what to expect from Daenerys Targaryen and Cersei Lannister in Season 7, this photo still makes us SO PUMPED for Game of Thrones to return.
These two ruthless queens (well, one is a little more ruthless than the other) are going to be competing for control of Westeros in the final two seasons of Game of Thrones. But in real life, they are just hanging out on the dance floor.
Clarke typically kills it on social media and this post is no exception with her indicating how she was partying with Headey through some epic hashtags: #allthisisspoilingishowlenaandigetourgrooveon and
#heavyistheheadbutlightarethefeetbaby
Although Daenerys and Cersei have never shared a scene together on Game of Thrones, that could change in Season 7 since the Mother of Dragons is headed to Westeros. But even if that doesn’t happen, it’s good to know that the actresses are friends since their characters surely aren’t going to be allies on Game of Thrones.
Besides Game of Thrones fans geeking out over this photo, it can delight Star Wars fans, too. That’s because Clarke was cast in the new Han Solo movie and Headey wrote on Twitter that she’d consider being cast as Asajj Ventress if Star Wars ever included that villain in a film. Even if these Game of Thrones costars aren’t officially Star Wars costars, it’s still fun to consider them facing off in a galaxy far, far away too.

Whether or not Cersei and Daenerys battle in Season 7 of Game of Thrones or not, at least they are dance battling as real-life buddies, which delights our Game of Thrones-loving hearts.
