Ellen Page just started shooting for film “Mercy,” and we’re SO EXCITED to see her and Kate Mara get romantic
If you’re madly in love with Ellen Page and Kate Mara like we are (obviously, that’s a yes!), get ready to flip, because the two are going to get up close and personal in their new film, Mercy, Indie Wire says. Created by Tali Shalom Ezer, the romantic drama is sure to pull at our heartstrings while also having more than enough substance to keep our interest.
“Page is portraying Lucy, the daughter of a man on death row falling in love with Mara’s Mercy character, a woman on the opposing side of her family’s political cause. As a result, Lucy’s value for truth is tested as her world begins to unravel.
The script, written by Joe Barton, is being produced by Christine Vachon and David Hinojosa for Killer Films. Everyone seems pretty freakin’ pumped, and so are we! Our love for Ellen Page is never-ending, and we’re so excited to see more of Kate Mara!
