We will never get over Elle Fanning’s new dusty rose hair

It seems like our favorite celebrities are getting more experimental with their hair this summer, from Maisie Williams’s blue-black locks to Bella Hadid’s cotton candy strands. Now, Elle Fanning spiced up her look with a soft, rose-hued hair color. In a photo posted on Instagram, Elle showed off a new strawberry ‘do, calling it “Dusty rose hair.”

The dye job was done by Jenda Alcorn, the hairstylist behind many of Elle’s looks, including her romantic braided updo at the Neon Demon premiere, as well as the glitter roots her sister Dakota sported recently. Elle’s new color is a take on the current rose-dye trend seen on other stars like Ashley Tisdale, who called hers “rose filter,” and Emma Roberts, who tried out a “desert rose” look before going back to blonde.

While the platinum blonde trend may be on its way out, it looks like rose hair still remains! The only question is, which flower-inspired hair color will be next?
