The internet just discovered a new Ed Sheeran doppelgänger, and he’s ~all grown up~
There’s nothing the internet loves more than a good doppelgänger, and the latest discovery is downright hilarious. According to some Twitter users, Ed Sheeran’s latest doppelgänger is Chuckie from Rugrats, and now we can’t unsee it.
If it wasn’t weird enough when the internet realized Sheeran looked just like a 2-year-old baby, it seems his latest doppelgänger is a grown-up version of Chuckie Finster from the beloved ’90s Nickelodeon show Rugrats, and we are laughing so, so hard.
You might’ve been a bit too old to watch the Rugrats spinoff All Grown Up!, but one eagle-eyed Twitter user spotted the resemblance between grown-up Chuckie and the “Shape Of You” singer.

We’re not even going to question why Chuckie appears to be playing guitar in the nude, but we’re dying over how accurate this is. The messy red hair, the thick glasses, and the guitar…who knew that one of our childhood faves was going to grow up to be a bona-fide pop star some day?
And as if this cartoon doppelgänger wasn’t enough, another Twitter user shared a meme in which baby Chuckie and his pal Phil look eerily similar to Sheeran and fellow singer Macklemore, and holy heck, our minds are blown.

This is definitely the best thing we’ve seen all day, and we are thanking the internet gods for giving us new celebrity doppelgängers all the time. Now if someone makes a Taylor Swift-Angelica Pickles meme, we’ll have seen it all.
