Ed Sheeran covering the “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” theme is everything you never knew you needed
When the world hands you lemons, find a video of Ed Sheeran covering the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air theme song!
When he’s not getting involved in accidents that include getting cut on the face by a British princess wielding a sword, Ed Sheeran is absolutely killing it with his music. The British singer recently wowed the world by releasing not one, but TWO brand new songs, “Castle On The Hill” and “Shape Of You,” taken from his upcoming third album ÷ (or Divide) which is set for release on March 3rd. Both songs have already broken records, becoming the most streamed songs in 24 hours on Spotify.

However, Ed Sheeran has also blown us away in a different way, too.
Dropping by British radio station Capital FM, Sheeran was asked by a fan whether he could make their day by combining their two loves, the theme song from the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and Ed Sheeran.
Of course, being the talented guy that he is, this challenge was no problem for Sheeran, who grabbed his trusty guitar and got to work.
Turning the iconic ’90s sitcom theme tune into a soulful acoustic track, Ed flipped and turned it all upside down. He even put on a funny, goofy voice during the cover, which has us laughing so hard.
