E! is airing every single episode of Sex and the City for its 20th anniversary, and we need a cosmo ASAP

We’re living in a time of excellent television, and there are so many different show options to choose from that it can actually feel overwhelming to settle on just one. Still, even with all of the new favorites, sometimes you just get the urge to watch something you’ve already seen. And if Sex and the City is your favorite old show that you love revisiting, then we have some really good news for you: E! will be airing every single episode of Sex and the City for the show’s 20th anniversary. This calls for a cosmopolitan, don’t you think?
Sex and the City turns 20 years old on June 6th. It’s hard to believe that it’s been a full 20 years since we first met Carrie Bradshaw, Samantha Jones, Charlotte York, and Miranda Hobbes, but time flies when you’re fabulous. Instead of allowing that to make you feel old, you can choose to celebrate the anniversary by bingeing the entire show at your leisure. What else were you planning on doing with your extra summer time, anyway?
Of course, it’s not unusual to stumble across SATC episodes on television — syndicated episodes are pretty regularly aired on the E! network. But this time, it will be a lot easier to keep up with what’s going on. Each SATC episode will air in non-stop chronological order. That means you won’t have to wait an odd amount of time between episodes to find out what happens, getting distracted by other E! shows. It will be one SATC episode after the other.
The marathon will start on Friday, June 8th at 7:30 P.M. ET, and will end on June 10th at 7 P.M. ET. If you can’t devote an entire weekend to the show, then set your DVRs so that you can watch it whenever you want. This is an opportunity you don’t want to miss (unless, well, you have HBO).
The only news that could top this would be if the crew announced a third SATC movie, something fans have been anxiously awaiting. Even if that doesn’t happen, though, this is a pretty good runner-up.
