Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson just made this hospitalized fan’s dreams come true

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson always manages to make us smile, but that’s nothing compared to what he did for one young fan who was staying in a hospital where the actor was shooting Baywatch. While visiting patients in the Pediatric Specialty Ward, Dwayne got wind of a superfan who was just upstairs. He posted what he did next on Instagram and it’s giving us all the heart eyes.

As he explains in the post, Dwayne was originally visiting children in the pediatric ward and needed to get back to shooting ASAP. However, superfan Christopher is a little older, meaning he was a floor above where all the action was happening with the other kids.

According to Dwayne Johnson’s Instagram post, Christopher’s mother pleaded for him to make the trip upstairs and surprise her son. Of course, Dwayne agreed, telling production it needed to wait, because he was about to make some dreams come true.

This adorable photo is just one of the many reasons we’re so glad he paid Christopher a visit. We know it’s something neither of them will ever forget.
