This pic of Dwayne Johnson feeding his girlfriend while she breastfeeds is feminist #relationshipgoals
Back in April, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson welcomed his third daughter, Tiana, with partner Lauren Hashian. While the adorable photo he shared of his latest addition warmed our hearts, we were perhaps even more obsessed with the feminist message he posted along with it at the time. Since then, Johnson has continued to share ultra-feminist posts via his social media accounts.
And last night, June 10th, Johnson shared a pic of himself feeding Hashian while she breastfed tiny Tiana.
"I'll handle this business," he wrote with a bicep emoji (because strong men help their partners, obvi). "Mama @laurenhashianofficial has her hands full nursing/feeding Baby Tia, so I’m feedin’ mama her dinner. My pleasure. So much respect to her and all mamas out there holding it down and running things."
He concluded the post with the hashtags “#EveryoneGetsFed,” “#DaddysGottaGoToWork,” and #ChivalryIsToughOnTheKnees.” The photo shows him grinning from ear to ear as he spoon-feeds his girlfriend of more than 10 years.
Aside from baby Tiana, Hashian and Johnson have another daughter together, two-year-old Jasmine Lia. The Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle star also has a 16-year-old daughter, Simone Alexandra, from a previous relationship.
Johnson has long taken a feminist approach to parenting with Hashian. On Mother’s Day, he posted a moving tribute to her, writing that he was “in constant respect and grateful awe of all the things this incredible mama accomplishes on a daily basis.” In short, it’s clear that the two have a relationship built on mutual respect.
Hashian and Johnson’s admiration of each other and stellar co-parenting are relationship (and feminist) GOALS.
