Dustin and Hopper from “Stranger Things” visited Nick Kroll’s latest show and things got awkwardly hilarious

There’s a new and hilarious show on Broadway, and two of the Stranger Things cast members experienced it for themselves firsthand. Funny men Nick Kroll and John Mulaney created a stage show called Oh, Hello where they play two 70-something, Upper West Side bachelors. The show is partly scripted and partly spontaneous, and they plan to have frequent guests hang out with them. They’ve already had Jesse Eisenberg, Will Ferrell, and Cara Delevingne. And now they’ve added Stranger Things alums Gaten Matarazzo (Dustin) and David Harbour (Hopper) to the list of guests.

Gaten and David of Stranger Things had a hilarious but awkward encounter with the Oh, Hello characters, Gil and George.

This video is so weird and hilarious. We love that George and Gil’s idea of “binge watching” is watching TV one episode per week, as was the standard for a long time. But things got really hilarious when they asked young Gaten if he was on cocaine. Gaten says that of course he isn’t, but then David asked if Gaten knows what cocaine is. Gaten’s response leads to a very hilariously poignant quote from George.

"Wow, what a sentence in America. 'I'm 14, of course I know what cocaine is.'"

The whole group had us rolling with laughter, and we wish we could have seen the show.

The unlikely bunch looked like they had a lot of fun together.

This proves there are definitely stranger things out there!
