The Dose of Colors x Disney collab is nothing like the Mickey Mouse makeup we’ve seen before
This year marks Mickey Mouse’s 90th anniversary, so it only makes sense that brands would release collections inspired by the beloved Disney character. From Vans’ nostalgic shoe line to L’Oréal’s decorative lipsticks, to Moschino’s H&M fashion collab, Mickey is more popular than ever. And now, the latest brand to join the fun is Dose of Colors.
The Dose of Colors x Disney collection includes three lipsticks, two liquid lipsticks, a gloss, and an eye and cheek palette. The brand announced the Mickey Mouse collection on November 8th, and fans went wild over the adorable packaging. The lipsticks are decorated with Mickey’s famous ears, while the palette has a picture of Mickey cheekily winking.
The products will be available to shop on November 12th on Dose of Color’s website. Price points haven’t been revealed, but the brand is known for being low-to-mid range.
The eye and cheek palette
“Somedays you want to go neutral, while other days you want to spice things up,” the brand wrote. “That’s what this multitasking palette is all about! Six eyeshadows, one highlighter, endless possibilities.”
The lip products
While most brands release a range of red lipsticks (since it screams Mickey), Dose of Colors went a different route for this collection. The lipsticks and liquid lips are more brown-toned, which is a refreshing take on the Disney character. The lip gloss, on the other hand, is a rich copper shade.
Get your rose gold Minnie ears ready, because you can shop the collection on Dose of Color’s website on November 12th.
