Dita Von Teese proves she’s a “silver fox” with her latest hairstyle
Going gray is not for the faint of heart. Beyond the pressures of ageism itself, large portions of the beauty industry are dedicated to promoting hair dye to cover up gray hairs (for both men and women). So when we saw Dita Von Teese rocking gray hair on Instagram, we were immediately on board — especially because she captioned the look “silver fox.” We’re loving her play on words.
While the burlesque star Dita Von Teese’s gray hair was a wig, and not yet a product of time, genetics, or permanent hair dye, we are still 100% supportive of her ability to pull off the gray hair look. In fact, we’re hoping it might pave the way for a more permanent silver hair look.

He also works on alumni from Rupaul’s Drag Race and celebrities such as Tess Holiday. So he knows his way around a wig.
The wig itself came from the Los Angeles-based hotspot, The Hair Shop, a visual jackpot of wigs.
