Disney World is about to get a whole lot more alcohol-friendly, and we’ll raise a glass to that

Well, Disney World is getting a whole lot more adult-friendly. And it’s about time! The magical park is making a huge change that many grownups are going to be thrilled about. It’s about to get much easier to drink at Magic Kingdom, and it’s all happening before Christmas!

If you’ve been to Disney World and have found yourself wishing you could get yourself a glass of wine or beer to go with your delicious Mickey cookie, you’re definitely not alone.

Other Disney World alcohol-loving adults have felt your pain.

Magic Kingdom has always been mostly dry zone. Alcohol is only served at the Beauty and the Beast-themed restaurant, “Be Our Guest.” And even that has only been open since 2012. But as Disney Food Blog reported, as of December 23rd, another four restaurants will serve alcohol.

The four restaurants that’ll serve you your favorite alcoholic beverage are Tony’s Town Square, Cinderella’s Royal Table, Liberty Tree Tavern and Skipper Canteen.

And since Disney World loves its themes, the beverages served at each restaurant will be based on the theme of each restaurant.

And if you’re planning on visiting the park before Christmas, Eater created a very helpful complete guide to drinking at Disney World. Because they obviously care about you and your alcoholic beverage needs.

Cheers!
