You can now zen out to montages of the most calming Disney movie moments

Feeling stressed? Craving a moment to take a breather? We feel you. And luckily, Disney feels you too. Disney+ just launched a series that will wipe your worries away faster than Queen Elsa can build a snowman. The streaming service created a 10-episode series that highlights the most soothing scenes from Disney movies. Aptly titled Zenimationthe five- to seven-minute episodes will allow you to soak in the sights, sounds, and feelings these cinematic moments create—and hopefully, relax your wandering mind.

Disney+ announced the news of Zenimation‘s release this morning, May 22nd, and all 10 episodes are available to stream on Disney+ now. The streaming service took to Twitter to share the news and debuted a poster for the series—which puts us at ease just by looking at it, TBH.

“Indulge your senses. All episodes of @DisneyAnimation’s #Zenimation, an Original Series, now streaming on #DisneyPlus,” Disney+ wrote on Twitter.

Some Disney movies highlighted in Zenimation include The Lion King, Moana, Mulan, Peter Pan, Big Hero 6, Frozen, Lilo & Stitch, Pocahontas, and Aladdin.

You’ve got Pocahontas breathing in the fresh air, Aladdin and Jasmine resting on their magic carpet, and Stitch cruising on a surfboard above a turtle in the ocean, to name a few highlights. We want to immerse ourselves in these mindful Disney movie moments ASAP.

Watch the official trailer for Zenimation on Disney+ below. We dare you not to feel relaxed.

During this time of stress and uncertainty, we’re thankful Disney is sharing clips of simple, soothing, cinematic moments, all starring our favorite Disney characters. We’ll be adding one episode of Zenimation into our calendars each day for a quick (but much-needed) few minutes of peace.
