You can snag this bucket at Disney California Adventure and Disneyland on the West Coast, as well as at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on the East Coast. The buckets are limited to two per guest, but they do guarantee a $1 popcorn refill while you’re in the park.
