Demi Lovato was spotted out of rehab for the first time

On Saturday, November 3rd, singer Demi Lovato was photographed out and about in the Los Angeles area. After being admitted into rehab following her life-threatening overdose in July, Lovato is reportedly over 90 days sober and looking healthy and happy.
Lovato was photographed with clothing designer Henry Levy at a restaurant in the Beverly Hills area. TMZ reported that she was also spotted earlier that weekend at a Beverly Hills spa. These sightings have many speculating that Lovato has left the rehab facility and is now tackling recovery with help from friends and family. At the end of October, Lovato’s mother Dianna De La Garza spoke out about her daughter’s recovery. “I couldn’t be more thankful or more proud of her because addiction being a disease, it’s work. It’s very hard,” De La Garza told Maria Menounos on October 26th.
After celebrating six years of sobriety in March 2018, Lovato relapsed. In June, the singer released a track called “Sober,” in which she apologizes for her return to drug and alcohol use. De La Garza revealed she knew Lovato was using again but was unaware of how severe her addiction had become.
Fans were ecstatic to see Lovato out looking healthy and happy.
