David Beckham is teaching his daughter Harper how to play soccer, and the videos are *so cute*
Former soccer legend David Beckham might possibly be the coolest celebrity dad ever. He’s doting, caring, and makes it known that his children are *SO* important to him. He’s also their biggest supporter and now that his daughter Harper is old enough, David Beckham is teaching her how to play soccer!
This past Thursday, six-year-old Harper took to the field to start learning the family trade. Harper and David already share a special bond and awe all of us with their extreme levels of cuteness. But this was something else.
In two recent Instagram videos, David Beckham shares his training session with his daughter. How cute is that?!
"Someone's ready for her first football lesson," Beckham wrote on the first video of the pair kicking a ball back and forth.
The second clip shown below illustrates Harper’s shooting skills. She kicks the ball beyond her dad’s reach at one point. Not too bad for a six-year-old!
Beckham seems to think so, too, captioning the picture with heart emojis and a simple, “Oh my.” As always, Beckham is a proud father!
We honestly aren’t surprised that she has some serious skills already. However, at this age, Harper has plenty of interests — even running in heels, according to her mom, Victoria.
Of her family, Beckham told People, "We are like a traveling circus, our family. We sing, we dance, we do football, we do fashion."
Regardless of whether she decides to become a pro soccer player or take on the world of fashion — or both — Harper will have a world of support behind her.
