Danielle Fishel, aka Topanga, got married IRL, and her dress was stunning

Boy Meets World? How about Girl Meets Wedding. Over the weekend, Boy Meets World star Danielle Fishel married Drop the Mic executive producer Jensen Karp. The actress revealed the nuptials happened on Instagram earlier this morning, November 5th, sharing a gorgeous portrait with her new husband.

“Mr. & Mrs. Karp. Established 11/04/2018,” Fishel, 37, captioned the photo, confirming the couple were married on November 4th.

Fishel also took to Twitter to share the happy news, cheekily writing, “That’s Mrs. Karp to you” alongside the photo.

The couple was joined by friends Lauren Lapkus and Angela Trimbur, and it appears at least one of Fishel’s Boy Meets World co-stars was in attendance. Commenting on Fishel’s post, Will Friedle, who played Eric Matthews on the show, wrote, “What an amazing night!! We love you both so much!”

Karp also took to Instagram, sharing a sweet message to his new wife.

"Today I married my soulmate. We were surrounded by family and friends and it was the best day of my life. I also ate 3 donuts after dinner. Unrelated," He joked. "@daniellefishel, I love you so much and thank you for giving me this smile."

The actress, who is arguable best remembered for her iconic turn as Topanga Lawrence, reprised her role on the Disney Channel spinoff Girl Meets World, which ended last year. She and Karp, who also hosts a podcast called Get Up On This, began dating in mid-2017 and announced their engagement in March. Congratulations to the happy couple.
