Daniel Radcliffe lands one of Hollywood’s biggest honors, chokes us up with his speech

Oh, Daniel Radcliffe. We’ve shared so many memories. In a way, your childhood was also our childhood. So doesn’t that mean this star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, which you were awarded yesterday in a touching ceremony, is also our star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame?

No, not really. Because while we’re huge fans of the actor, we didn’t star in one of the most successful franchises of all time, kill it on the Broadway scene, and take on diverse and iconic roles in pretty much every movie out there (at least, not yet). All that and more is why Radcliffe totally deserves this honor, and his speech at the ceremony is just another reason he’s number one in our hearts:

Am I the only one getting choked up? Because most of the time it feels like we’re the lucky ones, being able to witness one of the greatest (and most humble) actors out there.
