Courteney Cox was apparently the last guest to leave Jennifer Aniston’s wedding because THAT’S HOW FRIENDSHIP WORKS
Monica and Rachel were the best of BFFs on our beloved Friends, and, as it turns out, Courteney Cox and Jennifer Aniston are just as awesome friends IRL, even now, more than ten years after their show aired its series finale.
So, unless you’ve been hanging under a rock (and what WERE you doing under that rock? Geology???) you’ve heard by now that Jennifer Aniston recently got married to Justin Theroux (cue applause and “Woo!”-ing) and not only did Courteney Cox serve as her Maid of Honor (stop, it hurts too cute), but Cox was apparently the last one to leave the wedding (one million points to Courteney/Gryffindor!)
People has a secret source that saw it all.
“The last guest to leave was Courteney,” the observer told the mag. “She left right after Ellen DeGeneres and Jimmy Kimmel. She left around 3 a.m. At 2 a.m. they still had the music pretty loud.”
Oh, and bonus plus, Courteney is joining Jen and Justin on their honeymoon to Bora Bora with a few other close friends. Okay, that’s it, no more cuteness for, like, the next three months, you guys have maxed out.
We love that these two are such sweetheart BFFs all these years later. Cox is currently engaged to Irish rocker Johnny McDaid (AND she got engaged at Jen’s house, to boot), so we imagine Aniston will be returning those MOH favors in the near future. Just remember, Jen, you got to be the last one on the dance floor, or at LEAST hang until Ellen and Kimmel have said their goodbyes.
Monica and Rachel forever!
