Here’s what really happens when couples Photoshop each other

There are a lot of people in this world who are really good sports. I don’t know if I’m one of those people. I appreciate a good joke or prank, even if it’s at my expense, but I hate losing. And I also know that, if I was asked to sit down with my husband and let him Photoshop me, I’m not sure how down I’d be with it. To be fair, I don’t think he’d do anything drastic but it could easily become a slippery slope.

I’m sure I’m not alone in my hesitance. But luckily for our entertainment, there are lots of couples who are open to this relationship test that. To explore what happens when people are thrown into this situation, BuzzFeed had three couples who have been together for varying amounts of time sit down together and Photoshop each other with the help of a photo-retouching expert.

And, as you’d expect, the results are hilarious. While there are a few instances where the participants do side-eye-worthy stuff like increasing the size of their partner’s butt or giving them buffer arms, most of the changes are actually just over the top, goofy, and fun. One guy’s partner gave him a pink Nicki Minaj-worthy wig. Another dude’s partner decided give him the ultimate duck-face.
