This couple was in a horrific car accident — but the picture they shared after is inspiring the world

Arika Stovall and her boyfriend, Hunter Hanks, survived a terrible accident recently, but a photograph taken of the couple afterward at the hospital is touching hearts all over the world.

Arika shared the picture in a Facebook post on January 3 that has since gone viral with nearly 70,000 shares.  The photo shows Hunter and Arika in the hospital smiling and looking into each other’s eyes, and their expressions are full of so much love that it’s kind of hard not to cry when you look at it.
