Cookie-flavored candy corn is now being sold, and we are scared

We’re not quite ready for summer to end, but since that’s out of our control, we’re going to embrace the change of season and everything that comes along with it. Specifically, a new flavor of candy corn that sounds…interesting. We’re referring to cookie candy corn because, apparently, fall just can’t stop one-upping itself.

Brach’s latest candy corn comes in four cookie flavors: Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal, Cookies ‘n’ Cream, and Butter Cookie. You know, all the flavors you know and love when they come in cookie form.

But when they come in the form of candy corn? Well, we’ll leave that up to you.

There’s always been a heated debate over whether candy corn is a delicious and necessary part of life or a repulsive enemy of Halloween. People seem to be pretty split on their feelings, but one thing’s for sure — we can’t possibly live our lives knowing that Cookie Candy Corn exists without trying it.

Based on the history of candy corn flavors, it’s probably safe to assume that you won’t actually be able to tell the difference between the different cookie flavors. Perhaps you’ll get a hint of general cookie flavor, but that’s better than no cookie flavor at all — if you’re into a unified cookie and candy corn situation, that is.

So while we much prefer the classic orange and yellow candy corn flavor, we’re open to trying Cookie Candy Corn. Because cookies.
