Colton Haynes is joining “American Horror Story” Season 7, and bless the Ryan Murphy-verse
We loved Colton Haynes on Arrow, Teen Wolf, and those couple episodes of Scream Queens, and now we’ll get to see a whole lot more of him since he’s joining American Horror Story Season 7. AHS creator Ryan Murphy confirmed the news with a perfectly creepy picture of the actor on his Instagram.
Colton will join the already stacked cast of the upcoming election-themed season.
He’ll be joining exciting newcomers like Billie Lourd and Billy Eichner, AND AHS veterans Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters. From the eerie looks of it — Haynes has a serious expression in the photo, with his mouth covered in what looks to be smeared, red lipstick — he’ll fit right in.

If a picture is worth a thousand words, this one is giving us a thousand goosebumps.
Haynes also posted the photo to his Instagram, writing that AHS Season 7 “already feels like home” and that he’s “so excited.” And, #SAME.

No details yet about who Haynes’ character is or how he’ll fit in with the rest of the ensemble and storyline, but we’re guessing there’s a lot more to his role than meets the eye — per the horror anthology’s tradition of twists, turns, and surprises.
We’ll be holding our breath as we anxiously turn every metaphorical corner to find out more.
