The most powerful images from today’s global student climate strike

Today, Friday, March 15th, students from around the globe are walking out of their schools and classrooms to strike for proactive climate change policies. The protest, ignited by 16-year-old (and Nobel Peace Prize nominee) Greta Thunberg of Sweden, is happening in over 100 countries worldwide, including Australia, Finland, Hong Kong, New Delhi, and the United States—to name just a few. This is technically the 30th week of demonstrations led by the young climate change warrior.
