The wonderful reason why this ‘Nashville’ star cut her hair

Nashville fanatics know actress Clare Bowen as Scarlett O’Connor, and Scarlett’s long, blonde hair has long been one of her defining features. Clare recently took to Facebook to post a picture of herself, post-chop, her mermaid tresses now a pixie cut.  Now, we the adoring public are used to seeing starlets do the whole hair makeover thing, but as Clare explains in her Facebook post, she had a very personal reason for undergoing this dramatic transformation.
