Cillian Murphy and Jamie Dornan talk Batman, Superman, and breakfast cereal

We love it when we get to hear from our favorite celebrities, and we love it even more when it turns out our favorite celebrities are friends IRL and talk about the same random stuff we talk about with our own BFFs.

Which is why we were more than happy to get a dose of Cillian Murphy (Batman Begins) and Jamie Dornan (50 Shades of Grey) as they riffed on the set of their new movie Anthropoid during an interview with Vulture.

“Do you remember when you were a kid, and you used to go, like, ‘Who would win in a fight, Batman or Superman?’ That’s exactly what studios are doing now,” Dornan said. Adding, “And then they’re going, ‘Oh, why don’t we make a bloody movie about it?’ It’s like a day at the playground.”

That’s when Murphy jumped in.

“I reckon they’re going to make a movie of Rice Krispies starring Snap, Crackle, and Pop. I’m hoping to play Crackle.” And Dornan quickly grabbed dibs on Pop, in case you were wondering.

While the humor isn’t lost on us, we’re not above admitting that we’d totally watch that movie. Especially if it stars these two (and might we suggest considering a Hemsworth brother for the role of Snap, perhaps? Just throwing it out there).
