Ciara’s comments about marriage make it sound so dreamy
Here’s a life hack! Apparently all we need to do to get Ciara’s glow is get married! (We kid, we kid). The singer got hitched to NFL star Russell Wilson in July, and we have to say married life (and motherhood) look GOOD on her.
In an interview with E! News’, Ciara tells us that the secret goes a little deeper, though. “The foundation of my life is full of love,” she said. “I believe that when you have love you can conquer anything in the world.”
“Married life is the best life,” she gushed. “it’s definitely life-changing, and you do feel a difference between the stages of being boyfriend and girlfriend to being engaged to actually being married. You feel the definition of what ‘being one’ is, and it’s really cool. Nothing compares to what this feels like.”
Ciara speaks of the “charge” she gets from her firm foundation, fueling her career moves in recording and performing, when she gets to come home to her new husband and her two-year-old son Future Zahir Wilburn (whose father is rapper Future).
“I feel super charged and ready for my task ahead,” she says.
Our hearts gush when we hear her talk about putting her son to bed and sing him bedtime stories. We’d pay money to have Ciara sing us bedtime stories.
