Christie Brinkley revealed the anti-aging procedures she’s had done, and why she doesn’t care who knows
Christie Brinkley is basically modeling royalty. She attributes her fountain-of-youth-like looks to her fitness regime, vegetarian diet, and strict skincare routine — but also admits to using things like fillers and skin-tightening procedures.
According to an interview with People.com, Brinkley recently underwent more intense anti-aging treatments and has been totally open and honest about the entire process.
"I wondered if people would think I’m phony and fake," the 63-year-old supermodel, actress, and author told the site. "But it's better to be honest and say, 'Yeah, this is what I do.'"
Brinkley recently had Xeomin injected into her frown-lines (which is a botox-like treatment) and received Ultherapy treatment for her neck and décolletage.
The model is now a spokeswoman for both Xeomin and Ultherapy. She says she doesn’t want to dramatically alter her appearance, but admits that after reaching a certain age, she wanted to do what she could to “look the way she feels.”
"If you can have something done to feel more confident and better about yourself, then you feel like your face matches your spirit — and my spirit is enthusiastic and energetic," Brinkley continued.

Brinkley concluded that women should not be ashamed of undergoing procedures to help boost their confidence and make them feel great about themselves.
"There are always going to be the people who build themselves up by pulling you down," Brinkley said. "But then there are the women who are supporting women. And if there are little things that I can do that are going to make me feel great, make me look good for my job [...] that would be selfish of me not to share it."
You do you, ladies. Don’t let anyone make you feel less than for your choices, or for wanting the outer you to reflect how you feel on the inside.
