Christian Louboutin Beauty’s limited-edition nail polish is giving us major Lisa Frank vibes
Christian Louboutin Beauty has blown our minds yet again with their new, simply magical limited edition nail polish collection.
The packaging looks like the Lisa Frank oil slick holographs that dreams are made of. The trademark pointy Loubi brush handle looks like it could fit through the stretched earlobe of a ’90s rave (but, you know, in a good way.) The product design is a departure from the brand’s signature reserved stiletto bottle and proves that elegance and fun are not mutually exclusive.
The three shades in the Loubichrome collection are bright, shiny, and fit for an edgy, sexy fairy princess. According to Instagram’s source of all breaking makeup news, @trendmood1, the colors are:
Loubichrome I, an energetic yellow infused with lime green, Loubichrome II, a fiery rosy red, and Loubichrome III, a glistening violet shade.

The bloggers and beauty sites are crying unicorn, and of course, we’re not mad at that! The colors are limited-edition, which means they’ll be as elusive and rare as the magical beasts that we and the entire makeup world are obsessed with.
The three shades retail for $30, which is slightly more affordable than the classic rouge, nudes, and noirs currently retailing for $50. The bottles are apparently mini sized, so it makes sense. Can’t wait to see if the brand will come out with lipsticks to go with these lacquers!
