If you could dress as your favorite character from Beauty and the Beast, you’re probably going to go with Belle or Beast. Maybe Gaston (my, what a guy, that Gaston) or even Cogsworth if you’re feeling adventurous. So go ahead and leave it to Chrissy Teigen to attend the Beauty and the Beast premiere as one of the lesser known characters from the movie. Only Chrissy Teigen.

So who is she? Madame Wardrobe? One of the forks from “Be Our Guest?” An angry villager?

No, Chrissy is the lamp.

YOU REMEMBER THE LAMP, RIGHT? Only the best character from the entire movie! The lamp steals every scene she’s in. The lamp is great. Honestly, Disney should make a spinoff just about the lamp, and cast Chrissy as the live-action star.

Okay, okay, there is actually no lamp character in Beauty and the Beast, let alone just a regular lamp (we looked). But, according to Chrissy, that’s who she’s channeling at the world premiere of the movie. She completely set the red carpet on ? with this reddish-pink fringe number — a dress by Raisa & Vanessa —  and when those on Twitter started asking about it, she set the record straight: She’s the lamp!

Lamp look-a-like or not, we love that Chrissy totally rocked this outfit, and was able to poke a little but of fun at herself too. Someone make Chrissy the next Disney princess, PLEASE.
