Chrissy Teigen is not happy about one of the Best Picture nominees
Even though the 2018 Oscars have some incredible contenders in the Best Picture category, model and Lip Sync Battle host Chrissy Teigen isn’t a fan of one of the films. And her fanbase is trying their hardest to get her to spill on which movie it is.
If you’ve got a Twitter account, there’s a good chance you’re following Teigen. In fact, many of Teigen’s most devoted followers became fans because of her tweets. She’s not only super candid and funny on the platform, but she genuinely takes the time to interact with fans.
And her most recent tweet has many of us donning our detective hats. She wrote, “John said I can’t talk shit about any nominated movies so I will simply say Get Out and I, Tonya should win everything also one of the highly nominated movies sucks.”
Hmmm…that leaves the following films: Lady Bird, Darkest Hour, The Post, Dunkirk, Phantom Thread, Call Me By Your Name, The Shape of Water, and Three Billboards Outside of Ebbing, Missouri.

While trying to guess which movie she meant, many of her followers basically ended up airing their own grievances about a lot of the nominees. (Hey, John Legend didn’t tell them not to.)
She’s talking about Three Billboards.

Lady Bird is gorgeous. It's The Shape of Water that I think was overrated and nominated. It was only meh.

And while Teigen refused to shed any more light on which of the nominees she didn’t like, she did defend Get Out from a hater who called it “predictable” (FYI SHE INCLUDES SPOILERS — so look away if you haven’t seen it yet.)
There is literally nothing predictable about Get Out. You’re telling me the entire movie you were like “yeah he’s gonna be trapped in the sunken place and that woman is really a white grandma and that spoon is really gonna fuck him over at some point”

While we’re insanely curious about which movie Teigen meant, we also totally agree — Get Out and I, Tonya were freaking amazing, and we’d be thrilled to see them take home some trophies.
