Chris Pratt hung out with Spider-Man, and this is a crossover friendship we can get behind
Stop your fangirl screaming right now, it’s not like Chris Pratt is actually going to BE in Spider-Man: Homecoming. But if anyone is listening, that is a REALLY, REALLY, REALLY GOOD IDEA.
Guardians of the Galaxy: Volume 2 has officially wrapped shooting, which means that it’s time to pack up the Milano and head home. And as they say, out with the old, in with the next Marvel superhero blockbuster. No sooner was Peter Quill out the door when Peter Parker moved into his turf.
Posting to Twitter, Guardian’s director, James Gunn, shared a picture of him, Pratt, and newly minted Spider-Man, Tom Holland all together on Atlanta’s Pinewood Studios lot. As he writes, they’re packing up, Homecoming is moving in, and before they leave they’ve gotta take a picture together for Marvel prosperity. false
Please note that Holland is doing the “official” Spidey web-slinger hand salute. While Prat is…hanging ten?
This does not mean, whatsoever, that one is going to appear in the other’s movie. On Facebook (where Gunn posted the same picture) he cannot stress enough that Spider-Man is not in Guardians and Star Lord is not in Homecoming. But man, that’d be pretty awesome, right? That’d be like, one of the best things to ever happen, right? It’d be amazing. JUST SAYING.
