Chris Hemsworth was a 100% perfect human on the “Ghostbusters” set, according to everyone
Chris Hemsworth is, by pretty much all conventional standards, an attractive person. Literally everyone knows that.
But according to the cast of the new Ghostbusters, he’s also a stand-up specimen of a human being in pretty much all categories. Almost too perfect.
Ghostbusters stars Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Leslie Jones, and Kate McKinnon recently appeared on The Graham Norton Show to talk about the new flick, and obviously, the hunky elephant in the room had to be mentioned.
“I have never rooted for someone maybe to be an unbelievable jerk,” Melissa said. “I just needed something to be wrong with him.”
“There was nothing,” Kristen chimed in.
Apparently, in addition to being nice to look at, Chris is also hilarious.
“We were like, did you bring writers or something?” Leslie said.
Melissa added: “He was funny like a guy who had to fight his way off a playground his whole life and he had to be funny so he didn’t get his a** kicked.” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=
And just when you thought Chris couldn’t get any more perfect, it turns out, he has another swoon-inducing talent. The topic of music came up, and soon, it was clear that he not only has the face and body of an angel, but the voice of one, too.
“And he started singing, and I did not mean to but it was deep and guttural, I was like ‘You shut up.’” Melissa says. “He started to sound like a songbird, and I was like you can’t have another thing…I’m gonna pretend you’re a terrible singer so I know you’re human.”
“I bet he doesn’t even have boogers,” Kate adds.
“Or if he does have boogers they taste like cornflakes,” says Leslie. (We don’t doubt it.)
And with that, we’ve decided: Once we stop belly laughing, we’re definitely going to see all these guys in Ghostbusters, which hits theaters on July 15.
