Chris Brown Grabbed a Woman’s Throat on Stage, Fans Are Disgusted
The pop star has a long history of domestic violence and assault allegations, but that didn’t stop him.

Fans are disturbed over Chris Brown’s new “move” in his lap dance routine — and rightfully so. While touring the UK, Brown has gotten into a pattern of inviting a fan up on stage for a lap dance during one of his songs. However, his moves have gotten more aggressive as of late.
In a video obtained by Daily Mail, the “Turn Up the Music” singer is seen gripping the throat of Love Island alum Natalia Zoppa during a lap dance at his Manchester show.
Brown, who has a history of domestic violence and assault, grabs Zoppa’s neck from behind so she’s pressed up against his stomach and groin. In response, both of Zoppa’s hands immediately fly to Brown’s hand over her throat. He then loses his grip and continues to serenade the crowd.
The “Forever” singer was photographed doing a similar move to a woman at his show in Berlin.

Fans are utterly disgusted by Brown’s actions, especially given his history.
One person tweeted, “This is so unpleasant to watch. Even the fact that she’s on a stage with him doesn’t stop her obvious discomfort – as she puts her hand up to his as it encircles her throat.”
Another wrote, “Actually getting the ick seeing girls I know going to see Chris Brown tonight, how can you support someone who has repetitively violently abused women..? Crazy to me.”
Just last month, Brown went on a social media tirade demanding critics and fans to stop bringing up his troubled past. He was reportedly receiving a surmountable amount of hate following the release of his duet with Chloe Bailey, who also came under fire for choosing Brown as her collaborator.
In 2009, Brown was charged with felony assault after physically injuring then-girlfriend Rihanna. According to People, Brown has been accused of sexual assault, gone in and out of rehab, put on a restraining order, and involved in several physical altercations over the years.
