Forget glass slippers, our fairy godmother needs to bring us this chocolate high heel, STAT

Even if you’re not a fan of high heels, you will be when you see this one — a chocolate high heel. Yep, we said chocolate. Yep, you can eat it.

In the past, we’ve talked about snorting chocolate (whaaaaat?!) and even chocolate beef, but now chocolate high heels?!

Talk about a step in the right direction. (I know, I know.)

The Christian Louboutin-inspired heels — aka the best invention ever — are made by Houston chocolatier Annie Rupani and her gourmet chocolate store Cacao & Cardamom.

Rupani was first inspired to make the shoes when she was brainstorming Cacao & Cardamom.something fun to make for Mother’s Day.

“We played around with it because there is just so much you can do with the embellishment with sugar, pearls and chocolate chips, Rupani told Footwear News. “We really had to practice the red sole because you couldn’t paint it without it getting on the top of the shoe, and vice versa. It was quite the learning process.

And, just like non-chocolatey high heels, the shoes come in all types of colors and styles.

Maybe you just want milk or white chocolate.

Or perhaps you want a more colorful “shoe.”

Or maybe you prefer a more exotic heel.

Or one with beading.

Of course, Cacao & Cardamom also sells chocolate not in high heel shapes, but we’ll take a pair — or two… or three… or four — of the above any day, thank you very much.
