The cheesecake juggernaut has decided to bless the world with 10,000 free slices of cheesecake today, December 6, and you don’t even have to leave your house to get a slice of free Cheesecake Factory cheesecake or layer cake.
The legendary eatery has paired up with DoorDash, the food delivery service, to bring cheesy dessert perfection directly to your home.
“We are so pleased to partner with DoorDash to surprise and delight 10,000 of our loyal fans and guests by delivering a complimentary slice of cheesecake on Dec. 6. We hope they can enjoy a slice of their favorite cheesecake to celebrate the season of giving,” The Cheesecake Factory’s founder and CEO David Overton said in a statement.
All you have to do is create an account on DoorDash, order a slice of cheesecake from the restaurant, make sure it costs less than $8.50, punch in the promo code 10000SLICES at checkout and BAM — cheesecake at your door. The company is even taking care of the delivery fees and there is no minimum purchase required.
We love December. Starbucks is giving away free drinks for life, Whole Foods discounted cookies, and now Cheesecake Factory is sending out slices.
