Mandy Moore was a vision in blue last night at the This Is Us FYC screening and panel event. Moore wore a stunning blue off-the-shoulder number from Preen by Thornton Bregazzi. Funnily enough, Kate Middleton was spotted in September of 2016 rocking the same dress in red. So if this is a dress that’s fit for a Duchess and the voice of a Disney princess, we want a piece of it!
