A character who left Westeros on “Game of Thrones” is BACK in these Season 7 leaked photos

The sneaky spider Varys had been weaving his web outside the boundaries of Westeros in past seasons of GoT. But leaked set photos of Game of Thrones show Varys back where he belongs in Season 7 — scheming with Tyrion in Westeros. From these photos, it looks like the boys are back in town!

While the alliance of Tyrion and Daenerys is a fan’s dream, let’s not forget who set that all up: Varys. He was the one who literally carted the fugitive Tyrion (as in, he put him in a “f*cking crate” with breathing holes) away from King’s Landing in Westeros to Pentos in Essos.

Varys not only saved the Lannister’s life, but he was the one who came up with the plan to bring Tyrion to Daenerys Targaryen. And now they appear to all be working together in Westeros.

Fans had known this day was most likely going to come after Varys was shown sailing to Westeros with Daenerys, Tyrion, and Missandei in the Game of Thrones Season 6 finale. That particular moment left bemused fans wondering how Varys had managed to go from hanging in Dorne with Olenna Tyrell to Daenerys’ ship so quickly.

So although you may still be wondering about Varys’ magical transportation skills, you needn’t wonder where he will be in Season 7. Yes, these images are much less spoilery than photos of Daenerys’ other companion, but that doesn’t make them any less exciting. And while I don’t think Varys will be headed to King’s Landing anytime soon, he probably should to check up on his Little Birds, who have flown the coop and are helping Qyburn and Cersei.

So now that Varys’ whereabouts for Season 7 have been confirmed, the only question I have is: Where in the world is Jorah Mormont?!
