Céline Dion announces a collection of handbags and our hearts can now go on
Okay, everyone needs to give us a moment. Is Céline Dion creating the next “it” handbag collection? We wouldn’t doubt it. The Canadian heart breaker is responsible for ripping us to pieces with her voice, and now she’ll probably own our souls with her new line. According to WWD, Céline’s line, in partnership with Bugatti Group, will launch in September and will include over 200 pieces of luggage, small leather goods and handbags. And with prices ranging from aforable to high-end, it seems like Céline has all the bases covered.
The five-time Grammy winner is no stranger to success or style. Whether she’s hitting the town in street style favorite Jill Sander or Saint Laurent, or simply sitting front row at Christian Dior or Giambattista Valli, Céline’s always manages to look polished, glamorous and effortless.
If the singer’s personal style is any indication of what’s to come, we can be assured that whatever she designs will have that same Céline’s elegance we know and love. Perhaps a sleek leather bowler bag or a simple patent cross-body bag is in the works!
The collection will be unveiled at Project Women’s, a semi-annual trade fair that takes place in Las Vegas on February 21st. Although we don’t know when the collection will be available, or what it includes, we’re sure that if it’s anything like Céline’s it will be extraordinary.
