It’s no secret that puppies have no sense of boundaries. It’s part of what makes them so darn adorable. They love to stick their nose anywhere they can! This is a universal truth. One that even Sarah Silverman experiences, as she’s made clear by sharing the following video on Instagram:

It’s clear Sarah Silverman loves her adorable puppy Mary, taking any chance she can to share pictures of her with her fans.

Sarah is soulful, puppy is playful

(We wish we could have been there for that moment.)

That face!

The tennis ball is as big as her face.

Puppies aren’t just good for Instagram accounts. They actually offer plenty of health benefits! According to the American Heart Association, people who own dogs live longer! Dr. Thomas Lee, Co-Editor in Chief of the Harvard Heart Letter, wrote:

“People who have dogs live longer than people who have cats, and the assumption has been that dogs naturally cause their owners to be more active. The emotional benefits of having an affectionate creature are also one of the theories for why dog-lovers live longer.”

We’re glad Sarah Silverman is emotionally covered. We want her and her puppy to live a very long time. Now if she could just give Mary her own Instagram account, we’d be thrilled. Perhaps we would all live longer!
