Everyone is still trying to wrap their emotions around the loss of Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds who died a day apart earlier this week. The mother/daughter duo had a relationship that warmed our hearts and we are forever thankful their talents and memories will love on through their work.

As previously reported, before their death Fisher and Reynolds finished wrapping an HBO documentary called Bright Lights: Starring Debbie Reynolds and Carrie Fisher.

Thankfully, we won’t have to wait too long to be able to watch this beautiful love story because Deadline just reported that there is finally a release date for the documentary. And it’s coming out at the perfect time.

HBO announced they’re moving the release date up in the wake of the death of Fisher and Reynolds.

We will prepare our tissues as we anxiously await seeing these wonderful women on-screen again.

It’s going to take a long time to get over the shock of losing two incredible women so quickly and our love and thoughts are with their loved ones.
